Fernando Bellido

Born in March 25th, 1950, in Lima.

Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Obtained Bachelor's degree in law in 1973 and admitted to Bar in 1974, with honors. Obtained Master degree in International Administration from the American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, Arizona, United States of North America (1975) and obtained a Master degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, United States of North America (1975).

Relevant experience: He has served as general counsel to the general manager of Banco de la Nación, has participated in international financing contracts in which the Banco de la Nación acted as financial agent of the Peruvian government (1976-1977).

He has been a senior partner of: Estudio Lavalle (1982-1985); Estudio Martinez, Bellido, Berninzon & Lavalle (1986-1993); and, Estudio Bellido (since 1993).

He has also acted as President of the Board of Directors of Hoteles Sheraton del Perú S.A. and as member of the Board of Directors of Banco Sudamericano, among other important companies.

Jaime Bellido

Born in November 5th, 1965 in Lima.

Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Obtained Bachelor's degree in law in 1994 and admitted to Bar in 1995. Obtained a post-graduate diploma in Mining and Environmental Law from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (2008).

Relevant experience:He has been involved in large-scale international transactions, advising multinational companies, what gives him comprehensive knowledge of global commercial and professional standards and practices.

He advises mining companies in the various aspects of their activities in Peru, since their incorporation and the process obtaining mining licenses, follow-up on administrative processes to obtain permits and authorizations, contract negotiation, project and financing structuring and analysis of legal aspects of environmental impact studies. Has also led teams in due diligence during the purchase of sale of large companies. His services to finance companies include preparing and negotiating the first real estate trust contract registered the Public Registry of Lima.

He has vast experience in advising aircraft leasing companies, structuring operations, formalizing guarantees and recovering and re-exporting aircraft. He has also advised telecommunications companies, including processes to obtain concessions.

He has acted as President or member of the Board of Directors of several companies since 1993, including mining companies and the country's largest shoe manufacturing company, leading successful restructuring processes. These roles give him deep knowledge of the business sector, its needs and perspective.

He is member of several committees (editorial, mining and bilateral trade) in bi-national Chambers of Commerce, which has led to explore various law and national current events and providing support to Peru's image as a country with extensive investment opportunities.
