NICOLÁS CALDERÓN CAMASCA

Born in March 8th., 1989, in Pisco.

Education: Universidad Alas Peruanas.
Obtained Bachelor’s degree Law in 2014 and admitted to Bar in 2016. Specialization in Public Management and Governance (2012).

Relevant Experience: has experience in the acquittal of labor consultations, as well as drafting labor contracts in all its modalities, until its approval before the Ministry of Labor. He also has knowledge on migratory issues, managing procedures for obtaining the different work visas provided by the National Immigration Superintendence.

In the year 2013 he joined Estudio Bellido, where he currently works in the corporate area, providing advice to different national and foreign companies in the client portfolio of the Firm, regarding consultations on corporate and corporate law, notarial and registry procedures and civil contracts. Knowledge in real estate and registration matters.

FERNANDO CENTURIÓN VALCÁRCEL

Born in June 30th, 1976 in Lima.

Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Obtained Bachelor's degree in law in 2004 and admitted to Bar in 2012. Post-graduate degree in accounting from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2001); post-graduate degree in finance from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2011); post-graduate degree in international tax law from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (2009); and post-graduate degree in stock markets from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (2013).

Relevant Experience: He has specialized in tax counseling and planning. He has also participated in evaluating and strategic development of administrative procedures and giving advice to clients on compliance of fiscal obligations.

His expertise in corporate and contract law, in addition to his mercantile, stock market and finance law background allow him to offer our clients comprehensive advice and adequate strategies that meet their needs.

JORGE MORALES MÉNDEZ

Born in October 3rd., 1982, in Lima.

Education: Universidad de Lima.
Obtained Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2009 and admitted to Bar in 2010.

Post-graduate Studies: Diploma in Finance and Corporate Law at ESAN University, in Lima (2012); Diploma on Economic and Financial Structuring of Public Private Associations (2017).

Master degree in Finance and Corporate Law at ESAN University (2014). Post-graduate studies at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid in Commercial European Law, as part of the Master Program at ESAN (2013).

Relevant Experience: He has had professional experience in the private and public sectors, counseling different national and foreign companies. Has been an assistant in the legal department of an important real estate and hotel company.

He has also been legal counsel to the Instituto Metropolitano Protransporte of Lima (Protransporte), participating in different processes for the studies, negotiation, execution and operation of the Bus Rapid Transit (COSAC I), also providing legal assistance to the general manager and board of directors.

In 2014 he was incorporated to ESTUDIO BELLIDO as an Associate in the corporate and administrative areas, and in contracting structures with the Peruvian State.

LYANEE PINEDA ABUHADBA

Born in August 19th., 1980, in Cusco.

Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Obtained Bachelor’s degree in law in 2010 and admitted to Bar in 2014. Diploma in Administration of Human Talent at ESAN University (2013). Master in Labor Law and Social Security at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Relevant Experience: Her professional practice is oriented to matters of Labor Law, Labor Procedures, Social Security, Security and Health at Work and Immigration Law.

She has had past professional experience as labor specialist at law firms and international companies with activities in sectors such as health, energy and construction.

She is the co-author of a Compendium on Peruvian Labor Law published by Ediciones Caballero Bustamante and of other publications of such editorial firm. She is eventual speaker at Thomson Reuters in matters of Labor Law.

In 2016 she was incorporated at ESTUDIO BELLIDO as the Associate in charge of the Labor Law area of the firm.

LISSET PISCOYA SALHUA

Born March 13th., 1988, in Lima.

Education: Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
Obtained Bachelor’s degree Law in 2014. Post-graduate diploma in Taxation Law and Fiscal Taxation at the Higher School pf Law, Corporations and Businesses - ESDEN (2013).

Relevant Experience: She has worked in the Collections and Accounting Area of the Maritime Office of the National Superintendence of Tax Administration (SUNAT), supporting the drafting of resolutions and verifying the information filed by the taxpayers. She also has experience in in the acquittal of tax consultations and support the clients in tax audit processes.

In the year 2013 she joined Estudio Bellido, where she works an assistant in the taxation area. She works actively in drafting claims, appeals and judicial claims, as well as in the preparation of the necessary documents to be dealt with by the National Superintendence of Tax Administration (SUNAT).

DANIEL WILLIAMS PINEDO

Born in May 31st., 1984.

Education: Universidad de Lima.
Obtained Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2008 and admitted to Bar in 2011. Diploma in Mediation of Conflicts obtained at Montgomery College, in Maryland, USA (2009); Graduate studies in Environment and the Defense of Natural Resources obtained at the Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales (CAEN) (2010); Post-graduate degree in Energy Law at ESAN University (2015); Post-graduate degree in Mining Law and Social Responsibility at the Universidad del Pacífico (2015). Master in Corporate Law at Universidad de Lima (2013).

Relevant Experience: He has work experience in auditing financial statements of private companies. Has followed processes for the registration, renewals and oppositions of trademarks. Has participated in administrative processes for the protection of consumers, distinctive signs and intellectual property, unfair competition, bureaucratic barriers, and civil and commercial judicial cases. From 2010 has had professional experience in the private sector, mainly counseling in corporate, environmental, energy, mining and labor law.

He also has good knowledge on rural flora and fauna, regulations on supervision and environmental inspections, thanks to the works performed to protect the Wild Life Refuge “Los Pantanos de Villa” in Lima. Also, he has counseled in administrative processes with the Office for the Environmental Evaluation and Supervision (OEFA) and in obtaining environmental permits with the Minister of Energy and Mines, the Ministry of Production, the Ministry of Transportation and the National Service for the Certification of Sustainable Investments (SENACE).

In 2016 he was incorporated in ESTUDIO BELLIDO as an Associate in corporate, mining and administrative law areas, were he actively participates counseling national and foreign companies.
