Given the growth of the country, the government's need for goods and services creates attractive investment opportunities for our clients. We collaborate with our clients in structuring and processing private initiatives with different levels of government, carrying out our efforts in an interdisciplinary manner. We have extensive experience in government contracting, which includes public works bids (analyzing specifications, as well as negotiating and executing the contract); advocacy with the Supervising Entity for Agreements with the State (OSCE); evaluation of different risk scenarios and eventualities; as well as defense in the arbitrations that can result from possible conflicts among the parties. We have attorneys on our staff who are certified as arbitrators with the Lima Chamber of Commerce, which demonstrates the high level and competitiveness with which we can handle relations between the government and investors.
